 Class Registration

You may use this form to register for any of the classes listed below.  If you want to register more than one dog or for more than one class, submit a form for each registration.  You may also register for a class by printing this form (use your browser print function) and mailing it to TRDTC c/o Kris Punke, 14556 Rainbow Drive, Merrill, WI 54452, or by calling Kris at 715-539-1665.

Payment should be mailed to TRDTC c/o Kris Punke, 14556 Rainbow Drive, Merrill, WI 54452 to confirm your registration.  No refunds will be given after the first class. 

Classes are filled in the order that registrations are received.  You will be contacted if the class you want has been filled when your registration is received.

Intermediate Agility ($65)

 Tuesdays, Mar 4 - Apr 15 -- 6:30 pm (7 sessions)
Preparation for Agility Competition ($65) Tuesdays, Mar 4 - Apr 15-- 7:30 pm (7 sessions)
Puppy Kindergarten ($50) Thursdays, Mar 13 - Apr 17 -- 6:30 pm (6 sessions)
Basic Obedience ($65) Thursdays, Mar 13 - May 1  -- 7:30 pm (8 sessions)

Complete and submit the following form.  All fields except email address and comments are required.  Incomplete registration forms will be disregarded.
